By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Services

CobbleLabs provides digital marketing and web development services including website design, SEO, AI receptionists, social media management, Google Ads management, and content marketing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual client proposals.

Pricing and payment

  • Prices shown on our website are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in your proposal.
  • Recurring services are billed monthly. One-time projects are billed per the agreed schedule.
  • All services are month-to-month unless otherwise specified. You can cancel with 30 days notice.
  • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery

  • We aim to deliver initial work within 2 weeks of project kickoff.
  • Timelines depend on timely feedback and content from you.
  • Revisions are included as specified in your proposal.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own all custom work we create for you (designs, code, content). We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain under their respective licenses.

Cancellation

Either party can end a recurring service with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed. There are no cancellation fees.

Limitation of liability

We do our best work, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes like revenue increases or search ranking positions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Website use

  • Our pricing calculator provides estimates only, not binding quotes.
  • Our AI chat assistant provides general information. It is not a substitute for a formal proposal.
  • Do not use our website for any unlawful purpose.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
