Refund Policy

Overview
CobbleLabs LLP offers two kinds of paid services: SaaS subscriptions billed monthly or annually, and agency engagements billed per proposal. Refund eligibility depends on which one you purchased. All amounts are in Indian Rupees unless noted.
SaaS subscriptions
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing hello@cobblelabs.ai.
- On cancellation, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
- We do not refund partial months. The fee for the current period is non-refundable.
- If you were charged after cancelling, or if a charge looks wrong, write to us within 7 days and we will investigate. Verified incorrect charges are refunded in full.
- Annual plans purchased within the last 14 days are refundable on a pro-rata basis, less the value of months already used.
Agency engagements
- Project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Recurring agency retainers can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed and is not refundable.
- If we fail to deliver agreed milestones and the issue cannot be resolved, you can request a partial refund proportional to the undelivered scope.
How to request a refund
Email hello@cobblelabs.ai with your order or invoice number, the date of charge, and a short description of the issue. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and resolve them within 7 business days.
When refunds reach you
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay. Domestic Indian cards and UPI typically reflect within 5 to 7 business days. International cards can take up to 10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. Chargebacks raised without prior contact will be contested with documentation of services rendered.
