Cancellation Policy

Overview

You can end your relationship with CobbleLabs LLP at any time. The notice period and effect on billing depend on the type of service you bought.

SaaS subscriptions

• Cancel from your account settings or by emailing hello@cobblelabs.ai.
• Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. Your subscription stays usable until then.
• You are not charged again after cancelling. Auto-renewal stops immediately.
• Cancellation does not delete your account or data. To delete your account, see our Privacy policy.

Agency retainers

• Either party can end a recurring agency engagement with 30 days written notice.
• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed rate.
• There are no cancellation fees. Final invoice is sent within 7 days of the end date.
• You retain ownership of all custom work delivered through full payment as outlined in our Terms.

Project engagements

• Fixed-scope projects can be cancelled mid-project. The deposit and any work-in-progress already billed are non-refundable.
• Where reasonable, we will hand over partially completed work.

Cancellation by us

We may end an engagement or subscription if a payment fails repeatedly, if the service is misused, or if continuing the work creates a legal or safety risk. We will give reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund where appropriate.
